LOCKHART, Tex., June 24, 2024 – Visionary Fiber Technologies, Inc. (VFT) announced today that Mike Healy has joined the team as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). With more than three decades of financial and operational experience, Mike brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to VFT’s leadership team.

Mike joins the team of VFT from providing CFO advisory services most recently to Blue Cedar Networks, Quanergy Systems and McAfee. He has an impressive track record, having spent more than 20 years as a CFO across a diverse array of private and public organizations, including large technology companies such as Apple (NASDAQ: APPL), four startups, and “Big 4” public accounting firms. Notably, he has worked at Quanergy Systems, ShoreTel (NASDAQ: SHOR), Genesis Microchip (NASDAQ: GNSS), Jamcracker, among others. His leadership has been instrumental in steering two successful IPOs, managing many M&A transactions, and orchestrating more than a dozen capital-raising activities.
Starting his career at Deloitte, Mike became a Certified Public Accountant and developed a solid foundation in public accounting. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Santa Clara University.
