Visionary Fiber Technologies, Inc. (“VFT”), a global leader in industrial separation and mixing technology, today announced that Pamela Martinson will join the company as Chief Legal Officer. In this role, Pam will advise the CEO and Board on all legal affairs including corporate governance matters, compliance, strategic transactions and dispute resolution.
Pam comes to VFT with more than 30 years of experience in negotiating complex financial and business transactions, most recently as a partner with global law firm Sidley Austin LLP. In her role at Sidley Austin, she represented major institutional and other lenders and lessors, as well as borrowers and equity sponsors, in all manners of secured and unsecured loan transactions.
